About the Role: This is a hands-on IT role focused on maintaining systems and supporting users across our offices. You’ll work directly with the CTO and contribute to a variety of technical projects and daily operational support activities. There may be occasional travel to other CBTax locations.
In this Role, You’ll:
- Maintain and monitor network and Wi-Fi performance
- Provide desktop and hardware support for staff
- Troubleshoot technical issues (software/hardware)
- Set up systems for new starters (mailboxes, access, security)
- Ensure systems are up-to-date and secure
- Participate in daily CTO stand-ups and project check-ins
- Work on ad hoc projects and compile daily updates for the CTO
We’re Seeking Someone with Experience Including:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT support or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of networks, software, and hardware setups
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting end-users and managing small projects
- Familiarity with security and system monitoring is a plus
