About the Role: This is a hands-on IT role focused on maintaining systems and supporting users across our offices. You’ll work directly with the CTO and contribute to a variety of technical projects and daily operational support activities. There may be occasional travel to other CBTax locations.

In this Role, You’ll:

  • Maintain and monitor network and Wi-Fi performance
  • Provide desktop and hardware support for staff
  • Troubleshoot technical issues (software/hardware)
  • Set up systems for new starters (mailboxes, access, security)
  • Ensure systems are up-to-date and secure
  • Participate in daily CTO stand-ups and project check-ins
  • Work on ad hoc projects and compile daily updates for the CTO

We’re Seeking Someone with Experience Including:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT support or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of networks, software, and hardware setups
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting end-users and managing small projects
  • Familiarity with security and system monitoring is a plus
