Recruitment Operations and Compliance Professional
Our client, a Top 40 Accountancy Practice, is seeking an Accounts Manager to join their finance team in their offices in Winchester on a hybrid working basis. This is a full‑time opportunity arising from the company\’s rapid growth. Part‑time candidates are also welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Managing a client portfolio including corporate entities, LLPs and partnerships
- Preparation of accounts, corporation and business tax calculations, some bookkeeping and VAT
- Supervising more junior members of the team
- Working across multiple sectors building productive client relationships
About you
- UK post‑qualified experience in either accountancy practice or industry. ACA or ACCA preferred.
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector would be highly desirable.
- Financial reporting experience, UK GAAP specifically, and strong IT and Excel skills.
