Backed by long-term stability, secure markets and a strong future pipeline, they offer the chance to work on genuinely meaningful programmes within a high-performance environment.

They are now seeking an exceptional Executive Business Analyst to work directly alongside senior leadership within the Sourcing function. This is not a traditional analyst role. You’ll operate at the intersection of supply chain, engineering, strategy and executive decision-making — translating complex operational challenges into clear, actionable outcomes that influence business performance at the highest level.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the VP of Sourcing, you’ll play a critical role in driving strategic execution across a sophisticated global supply chain environment. You’ll help leadership teams make faster, smarter and more informed decisions by transforming technical and operational information into:

  • Executive-level insights
  • Strategy papers and business cases
  • Improvement roadmaps
  • Supplier and sourcing strategies
  • Performance and risk analysis
  • Decision-ready briefing materials

You’ll also take ownership of driving follow-through — ensuring strategic priorities become measurable actions across sourcing, supplier performance, quality and operational delivery. For someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments, this role offers genuine visibility, influence and long-term progression potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting executive leadership with high-quality strategic analysis and decision support
  • Translating complex discussions into concise, commercially focused outputs
  • Driving supply chain improvement initiatives across cost, quality and delivery
  • Supporting supplier issue resolution and root cause analysis
  • Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality and Operations teams
  • Conducting market, supplier and risk analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Creating structured executive briefing packs and performance insights
  • Leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to improve workflow efficiency and output quality
  • Ensuring strategic initiatives maintain momentum through effective coordination and follow-up

This role would suit someone with a blend of analytical capability, operational understanding and executive-level communication skills. You may currently be working as a:

  • Business Analyst
  • Supply Chain Analyst
  • Continuous Improvement Specialist
  • Operations Analyst
  • Executive PMO / Strategic Projects professional
  • Manufacturing or Engineering Analyst

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience within a fast-paced engineering, manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • The ability to synthesise complex information into clear recommendations
  • Experience producing professional reports, presentations and strategic documentation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
  • Exposure to technical manufacturing or engineering environments
  • Confidence operating with senior leadership teams
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve quality and speed of output
  • Exposure to ERP systems, supply chain transformation or business case development would be advantageous.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • High visibility role supporting senior executive leadership
  • Opportunity to influence strategic decisions in a globally recognised organisation
  • Long-term stability within a highly secure and resilient industry
  • Complex, meaningful work with genuine business impact
  • Strong investment in operational excellence and continuous improvement
