The Role
You’ll be leading a team within the Sub-Assembly division, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and motivating a skilled team of machinists.
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
- Driving efficiency, productivity, and best practice on shift.
- Acting as the key point of contact for operational issues.
- Supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
