This is precision aerospace manufacturing — where quality, process and safety really matter. We’re working with a high-profile British manufacturer based in West London who are expanding their finishing team and are looking for Finishing / Anodising Operatives to join a modern, well-invested facility. If you enjoy working with chemical processes, surface treatments, and high-quality components, this is a role where your skills will genuinely be valued.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating manual and automated anodising lines
- Preparing components for finishing (masking, bunging, jigging)
- Carrying out anodising, passivation, phosphating and related finishing processes
- Using barrel tumbling and vibratory finishing equipment
- Preparing metallic surfaces to exacting standards
- Inspecting finished components and working to strict quality requirements
- Following COSHH, health & safety and aerospace quality procedures
- Reading and working from engineering drawings and process instructions
