About the Role
Now, we’re looking for a Test Analyst to help keep our solutions rock-solid and our clients happy. If you know your Selenium from your sanity checks and thrive in a hybrid world of manual + automation testing, read on.
Responsibilities
- Testing apps (web & mobile), EUC tools, and system changes – from shiny new builds to legacy tweaks
- Designing and executing manual test cases and regression packs
- Building and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Collaborating with developers, PMs, and clients in Agile/Scrum environments
- Logging, tracking, and retesting bugs with precision (and a little obsession)
- Ensuring quality across UI, functionality, performance, and compatibility
- Continuously improving testing processes, frameworks, and documentation
- Helping shape our QA practice and influencing automation strategy
Qualifications
- Solid hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing
- Experience testing apps (web/mobile) and EUC (End User Computing) tools
- Strong grasp of automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright preferred)
- Knowledge of testing REST APIs using Postman or similar
- Comfort with Agile methodologies and fast-paced project work
- Experience working in environments with Microsoft tech stack (bonus points for Power Platform)
- Sharp attention to detail and the confidence to speak up when something smells buggy
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the quality bar
Pay range and compensation package
£40,000–£50,000 + benefits + perks
