b Overview /b p As Solution Architect on a major organisational transformation programme, you will design scalable, end-to-end solutions across people, process, technology and governance to support a unified Target Operating Model (TOM). You’ll work across business, technology and transformation teams to translate requirements into practical designs and to manage dependencies and risks. You’ll lead design activities, facilitate senior stakeholder workshops, and ensure architecture artefacts align with our future-state platform and service strategy. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead solution design across the transformation programme /li li Develop end-to-end solutions spanning people, process, technology, data, service and governance /li li Translate complex requirements into practical technical and operational designs /li li Analyse operating models, processes and technology landscapes to identify impacts and opportunities /li li Support onboarding and integration of organisations onto common platforms and services /li li Define integration points for applications, platforms and services within the future-state environment /li li Collaborate with Architecture, Infrastructure, Applications, Security, Service Integration and Business Analysis teams /li li Facilitate workshops and engage with senior stakeholders across the programme /li li Produce high-quality architecture artefacts and support governance, assurance and implementation activities /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Significant experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Design, Systems Analysis or Technical Design /li li Experience on large-scale organisational transformation programmes /li li Proven ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solutions /li li Strong understanding of operating model and business process transformation /li li Experience spanning people, process, technology and service management /li li Knowledge of systems integration, platform onboarding and service adoption /li li Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills /li li Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation abilities /li li Ability to balance strategic objectives with practical delivery requirements /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Workshop facilitation /li li Analytical thinking /li li Solution Architecture /li li Solution Design /li li Systems Analysis /li /ul
