With a focus on Finance and Control (FICO), you will translate business needs into effective SAP solutions, configuring modules and customising functionalities to align with business goals and best practices. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will gain a deep understanding of business processes, challenges, and objectives while contributing to the SAP Finance roadmap.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and define acceptance criteria
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and analysis to gather comprehensive requirements
- Design and configure SAP Finance and Control (FICO) solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices
- Implement enhancements and updates for P2P (Procure to Pay), S2C (Sales to Cash), R2R (Record to Report), and H2R (Hire to Retire) modules
- Ensure business requirements are well-planned, prioritised, and supported by detailed specifications
- Work closely with DevOps teams to track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure solutions meet expectations
- Stay up to date with SAP best practices and integrate relevant improvements into the roadmap
- Work on projects and BAU activities, contributing to the SAP Finance roadmap
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience as a SAP Analyst or in a similar role, specialising in Finance and Controlling (FICO), system migrations, and process optimisation
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as Finance, HR, and Supply Chain, including configuration, customisation, and integration
- Skilled in liaising with stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing SAP solutions, and facilitating workshops with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proficient in identifying issues, troubleshooting, and creating effective solutions to business challenges
- Capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope and budget
