DV Cleared Test Lead
Location: Reading - fully on-site
Contract: 12 months
Clearance: Active DV clearance required

We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared Test Lead for a 12-month contract supporting a major defence programme in Reading.
You will lead the testing function across a complex technology environment, with responsibility for test strategy, planning, governance and delivery. The role requires strong experience with Azure DevOps, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and MOD programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Define and deliver the programme's test strategy, plans and governance.
- Lead system, integration, regression, acceptance and non-functional testing.
- Manage test cases, defects, reporting and traceability through Azure DevOps.
- Coordinate test activities across technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Provide clear reporting on quality, risks, defects and readiness.
- Support assurance and compliance within a secure defence environment.
Essential experience
- Current and active DV clearance.
- Proven experience as a Test Lead on complex programmes.
- Strong Azure DevOps experience, including test and defect management.
- Experience testing PLM platforms and integrations.
- Previous MOD experience - essential.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work fully on-site in Reading.
