A B2B financial services provider is seeking a Marketing Manager to design and implement marketing campaigns targeted towards B2B businesses.

Responsibilities
- Lead marketing efforts within the UK market creating personalised marketing campaigns to drive upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including content, digital marketing (social media, SEO), events, webinars, and analyst interactions, to enhance brand awareness and generate demand and brand awareness.
- Develop a content strategy and editorial calendar to create multifunctional content.
- Design leading collateral targeting B2B audiences.
- Drive innovation in marketing techniques and approaches.
- Translate sales objectives into marketing objectives and develop project plans for marketing support.
- Lead cross-functional project management, including communications.
- Identify internal and external resources for strategic account marketing execution.
- Execute marketing programmes on behalf of sales and provide guidance to representatives on executing programme elements independently.
- Measure and analyse the success impact metrics, including existing account revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing B2B.
- Proven success in revenue generation through multi-channel demand generation campaigns and client-centric marketing.
- Experience in marketing solutions within the B2B sector, ideally financial services.
- An understanding of the broker segment would be an advantage.
- Some strategic thinking required but will be more of an individual contributor / execution role (20% strategy, 80% execution).
