We are a pioneering defence and aerospace organisation specialising in the design, development and manufacture of high-performance rocket motors and energetic systems. Our technologies power some of the most sophisticated platforms in operation today, supporting national security and allied capability around the globe.
The successful candidate will be part of the Operations department structure and is pivotal in solving manufacturing issues, improving processes and methods with manufacturing teams, driving change and continuous improvement!
Core Responsibilities:- To provide value stream mapping, 6S, KanBan, Kaizen, MRL, PFMEA and SPC
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering in an ISO 9001 environment
- Experience in project delivery and problem solving
- Experience of operating within a strong H Capability studies, DoE, 8D, Lean Sigma, Control Plans, APQP
