Manufacturing Engineer – PCB Specialist Location: Rochester, Kent (Hybrid) £40,000 – £47,000 excellent benefits As part of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the manufacture of current and future products across our entire product range and the full programme lifecycle. Working closely with stakeholders across Manufacturing and Engineering you will use your knowledge and experiences to support our manufacturing systems and processes during initial bid, new product introduction, production and repair to ultimately ensure product quality is met within schedule and budget targets. What you’ll be doing: Manufacturing Engineer – PCB Specialist Collaborate with the design and engineering teams at the earliest stages to ensure PCB designs comply with IPC standards and are manufacturable within existing production processes Provide ongoing support during the development stages, offering insights and recommendations to improve design for manufacturability and production efficiency Take ownership of PCB new product builds, ensuring they meet manufacturing standards and provide valuable insights for continuous product improvement Work with PCB Process Engineering team to implement improvements to PCB processes that enhance manufacturability and efficiency.
