Solution ArchitectRemote - occasional travel to London and Manchester600 inside ir35 Active Home Office SC clearanceWe are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a major organisational transformation programme, helping multiple organisations and business units transition onto a unified Target Operating Model (TOM).This is a broad, strategic role where you'll work across business, technology, service management and transformation teams, developing practical end-to-end solutions that are scalable, supportable and aligned with wider business and technical objectives. The RoleAs the Solution Architect, you will: Lead solution design activities across the transformation programme. Develop end-to-end solutions covering people, process, technology, data, service and governance. Identify impacts, dependencies, risks and opportunities associated with organisational change. Support the onboarding and integration of organisations and user communities onto common platforms and services. Work closely with Architecture, Infrastructure, Applications, Security, Service Integration and Business Analysis teams. Produce high-quality solution designs, documentation and architecture artefacts. Support design governance, assurance and implementation activities. Significant experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Design, Systems Analysis or Technical Design. Experience working on large-scale organisational transformation programmes. Strong understanding of operating model and business process transformation.
