A well-established publisher in the aviation sector is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their small team. Reporting directly to the company's founders, the role will focus on marketing their aviation events business, which organises numerous industry events across Europe.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales across digital channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team by creating marketing collateral, shaping campaign strategies, and supporting sponsor engagement (e.g., stand advertising, promotions).
  • Produce engaging promotional video content—such as short social clips, highlight reels, and event teasers—to boost attendance and brand visibility.
  • Build and nurture our community through social media, newsletters, and interactive content, strengthening loyalty and advocacy.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics (ticket sales, engagement, conversion rates) and share insights to optimise campaign strategy.
  • Represent our brand online by responding to enquiries, moderating discussions, and sharing community feedback with internal teams.

  • Proven experience in event marketing, ticket sales, or sponsorship promotion.
  • Ability to create compelling video and digital content that drives reach and attendance.
  • Strong project management skills: organised, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple campaigns.

  • Confident analysing performance data and adapting campaigns to maximise results.

Salary up to £38,000. Fully remote with the occasional trips to Somerset.
