We’re supporting a fast growing business in the professional services sector who is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor, working on a hybrid basis from their offices in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, stakeholder partnership, and end-to-end hiring across a wide range of roles.

You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, hiring across multiple business areas. Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll shape hiring strategies, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and play a key role in building strong talent pipelines. Occasional travel to the firms offices in England will be required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate roles
  • Partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs and strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Deliver a seamless, inclusive candidate experience
  • Support offer management, onboarding, and compliance checks
  • Improve recruitment processes and optimise the ATS
  • Build talent pipelines and provide market insights

About You:

  • Proven in-house recruitment experience ideally within professional services
  • Confident interviewing skills
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, talent mapping)
  • Comfortable using ATS systems (HiBob desirable)
  • Technical mindset to provide regular reporting and dashboards to management
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Full UK driving licence (for office travel)
