An excellent opportunity for a Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer to join a leading advanced manufacturing business operating within a highly regulated, safety-critical environment. Working closely with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement and supporting the delivery of complex engineering products.

Reporting to the Production Quality Team Leader, you will:

  • Support production teams in achieving quality, delivery and performance targets.
  • Investigate non-conformances and lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys and Fishbone methodologies.
  • Monitor and report quality KPIs, driving corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and support FAIRs, Quality Plans and product release documentation.
  • Liaise with Engineering, Operations and Supplier Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Contribute to PFMEA reviews, technical investigations and continuous improvement projects.

Leading quality improvement projects.

Coaching and mentoring colleagues.

Driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Deputising for the Quality Team Leader when required.

HND, Degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience within manufacturing, aerospace, defence, automotive or another regulated engineering environment.

Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.

CMM inspection or programming knowledge.
