You’ll own the manufacturing area end-to-end, from process design to execution and improvement, leading NPI projects, turning prototypes into optimised production processes. Implement APQP, PFMEA, control plans and capability studies to ensure product quality. Influence board-level decisions with clear strategy and data-backed recommendations. Solve complex production challenges and see your ideas implemented on the shop floor. You’ll work with passionate teams across R&D, Quality, Production and Supply Chain.
You’ll play a key role in bringing new tech from prototype to production. Implement APQP, PFMEA, control plans, Run@Rate, and capability studies to ensure product quality. Influence board-level decisions with clear strategy and data-backed recommendations. Solve complex production challenges and see your ideas implemented on the shop floor.
- 8-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred)
- CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP/MES systems experience
- Bonus points for ERP/MES or manufacturing analytics experience
