We're looking for a bright, ambitious Engineering or Chemistry graduate who wants to apply their technical knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the manufacture of technically advanced products within a highly regulated environment.

- Working on process improvement and continuous improvement projects.
- Developing expertise in materials, manufacturing methods, and production technologies.
- Collaborating with engineers, production teams, and technical specialists across the business.
- Producing technical reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Supporting research and development activities for future products and processes.
- Contributing to safety, quality, and compliance activities.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Manufacturing, or a related STEM discipline.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
