Recruitment Operations and Compliance Professional

We have a fantastic opportunity with a large customer who is looking to grow their HR Team.

As HR Manager you will have an operational focus and you will lead a team of HR Advisors, ensuring the smooth and timely resolution of employee relations cases as well as ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliant and balanced resolution of employment disputes
  • Oversee employee administration and system processes
  • Lead the design and delivery of training and coaching for line managers
  • Provide service metrics to internal stakeholders.

About you:

  • You will have worked in a large organisation and you will be an experienced CIPD qualified HR operator with sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
  • You will have solid experience analysing complex employment cases and advising on resolution strategies.
  • You will have have led an HR Team
  • You will be used to providing service reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • You will be skilled in identifying and implementing continual improvements in process
  • You will be comfortable with frequent travel to the company\’s other offices within the region
