Job Description

Our client, a large organisation at the forefront of innovation and engineering excellence, is seeking an HR Advisor with solid employee relations experience for their site in Filton for a 6 month period. There is potential for extension beyond this point.

This is a hybrid role working 35 hours per week.

What you will be doing:

  • You will be the go-to for providing advice, guidance, and support on a wide range of employee relations matters, including navigating complex industrial relations scenarios.
  • You will provide advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on a wide spectrum of employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and flexible working requests.
  • You will conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee relations issues, compiling detailed reports and recommending appropriate resolutions.
  • You will also coordinate and identify training needs on employee relations and industrial relations topics.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.

About you:

  • You will have proven experience as an Employee Relations advisor working in a large organisation, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Essential experience will extend to managing industrial relations matters and you will have detailed knowledge of UK employment law and best practices and be able to conduct policy reviews, disciplinaries and investigations.
