As a Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting a large-scale industrial operation, ensuring that robust H&S practices are embedded across the business. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise confidently with senior business stakeholders, building strong and effective working relationships across departments.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, audits, and inspections, driving compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide expert guidance on all H&S matters, including incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of proactive safety strategies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help build a best-in-class H&S culture.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
What You’ll Bring:- Minimum NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar H&S role, ideally within facilities management, construction, manufacturing or maintenance environments.
- Strong understanding of risk assessments, audits, and Health & Safety legislation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – confident engaging at all levels of the business.
