Up to 70,000 per annum + on-call allowance

Active SC Clearance required, with eligibility to obtain DV clearance

Regular UK travel and occasional international travel (including mainland Europe)

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer with strong MoD experience to deliver maintenance, upgrades, and technical support for high-value systems used in critical operational environments. You'll work hands-on with hardware, Windows Server, VMware, firewalls, routers, and secure networks, both on customer sites and remotely.

This is a highly customer-facing role involving regular travel across the UK, occasional trips to Europe, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rota (1 week in 4).

What You'll Need:

  • Experience working with the UK MoD or defence sector
  • Strong infrastructure and networking knowledge (Windows Server, VMware, firewalls, LAN/WAN/VLAN)
  • SC Clearance and eligibility to obtain DV
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

  • CCNA, ITIL, Linux, or crypto device experience
  • Electronic Warfare or military background
