We are representing a fantastic financial advisory firm looking to hire a motivated and organised individual to join their growing employee benefits team in London.
This is a hybrid working opportunity with fantastic scope to develop your career within a leading financial advisory firm.
You’ll work closely with experienced consultants to help deliver high-quality advice on group pension and group risk arrangements, including life assurance, income protection, and private medical schemes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of advice to clients on workplace pensions (e.g. Teachers\’ Pension Scheme) and group risk benefits
- Communicating benefit options clearly to employees and employers
- Helping prepare presentations, proposals, and client reports and being comfortable presenting to clients.
- Supporting with new business and onboarding processes
What uur client is looking for:
- You will have worked in a financial planning/ employee benefits consultancy
- Knowledge of group pensions and group risk arrangements is essential
- Strong communication skills – with confidence presenting to individuals and groups
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Progressing toward a financial planning qualification (e.g. QCF Level 4)
- Experience in a professional or financial services environment is an advantage
