CBSbutler is seeking a Global Reward Director to work on a hybrid basis from Reading. The role leads global reward strategy across a complex multinational business and acts as the subject matter expert for all aspects of reward, partnering with the Leadership Team and Remuneration Committee.
As a key member of the People Leadership Team, you will own executive compensation, reward governance and the most complex reward initiatives while building and mentoring a team of seasoned Reward.
