We are representing a leading UK software and business process outsourcing provider in Gateshead who is looking to grow their team. We are seeking a Product Manager working on a hybrid basis who will help shape the company's data services and software products, which are used by some of the leading organisations in the Healthcare and Utilities sectors.
As a Product Manager, you will be in a customer facing role and you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative data-driven solutions that meet and exceed our clients’ needs. You’ll also have the autonomy to shape your approach, influence product strategy, and see tangible results from your work. Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing advice on product capabilities and solutions.
- Create product roadmaps, documentation, and release notes.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through to delivery.
- Liaise with third parties to identify opportunities for product enhancement and new offerings.
- Gather and interpret client requirements into actionable deliverables for development teams.
- Maintain and prioritise product backlogs, approving content for each release cycle.

About you:
- You’ll be an experienced Product Manager, ideally in a technology or software development environment.
- Experience with digital transformation projects would be desirable.
- You will have a good understanding of the UK energy or healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps for documentation and requirement tracking.
- You will be able to bring technical understanding, commercial acumen, and people skills.
- You’ll be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience preparing tenders or supporting business retention initiatives.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
