We have a fantastic opportunity with our client, a growing professional services firm, who are looking to hire an Accounts & Corporate Tax Administrator for their team in Farnham. This is a varied onsite role combining accounts administration, Corporation Tax support, client communication and general administrative responsibilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support across accounts and tax functions, helping ensure client work is processed accurately, efficiently and within required deadlines.
- Maintaining accurate and secure client records, documents and correspondence.
- Supporting the preparation and submission of accounts to relevant authorities.
- Monitoring submissions, dealing with queries and resolving any issues.
- Managing Corporation Tax reminders, submissions, repayments and follow-ups.
- Communicating with clients regarding deadlines, documentation and queries.
- Supporting billing administration and relevant correspondence.
- Managing scanning, filing and other administrative processes.
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative requirements.
