We have a fantastic Executive Assistant opportunity working with a leading professional services firm in Oxford. You will support their CEO as well as their wider Senior Management Team on an ad‑hoc basis. If you have worked at a C‑Suite, Partner or Director level, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of the team, you will provide high‑level administrative support to the CEO and senior leaders, managing diaries, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the firm’s operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Diary and inbox management
- Meeting scheduling and co‑ordination of meeting materials
- Minute taking and drafting of reports, meeting packs and presentations
- Travel co‑ordination
- Filing system maintenance
- Acting as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Project management support
About You
