We’re supporting a high-technology engineering and manufacturing business delivering complex, low-volume products into highly regulated industries including space, science, and advanced industrial applications. They’re looking for an experienced PLM Implementation Specialist to help embed change management processes across live engineering programmes while also supporting early-stage MBOM transformation readiness activity within a PTC Windchill environment. This is a hands-on role focused on operational adoption — working directly with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Project teams to standardise ways of working, improve governance, and drive engagement with established PLM processes.
