The Role

As a CMM Programmer you will be at the forefront of quality assurance, ensuring our high-performance products meet exacting standards. You will:

• Develop and document CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programs to evaluate company products and processes.
• Operate automated and manual inspection equipment.
• Verify CMM reports to maintain compliance with stringent design and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and manufacturing teams to refine inspection processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements based on data insights.
