Our client, an accountancy, advisory, tax and audit firm are seeking a Marketing and Business Development Assistant to join their Business Development Team in their London City offices. To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below. Your role will be to support the team in delivering strategic plans and to help the firm win new business and retain and maximise existing clients. We would like to hear from applicants that are already operating as a marketing assistant in a financial services or an accountancy firm and who support the company’s business development efforts. Key Responsibilities include: Support the team on developing, sending and measuring the success of multi-channel communication, including email, social media and website. Analyse marketing and communication data and metrics Assist BD managers with supporting sector and service marketing activities. CRM data management. Create and clean prospective target lists for BD campaigns. Support on events, including webinars. Conduct market, competitor and prospect research. Support on the production of bid and tender documents and presentations, including proof reading and document/text management. Help to produce reports, collateral and web content. About you: You will be a strong team player with a willingness to get involved with multiple projects. You will have worked in a similar role supporting a marketing and business development team within financial services ideally. You will be confident using social media with knowledge of digital marketing and CRM systems and you will be a creative thinker with good problem solving abilities.
