We are currently recruiting a Project Manager for a 6 month term to join a global gaming organisation to support significant transformation and change. This role is suited to a seasoned Project Manager who has successfully delivered complex business projects and programmes involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and functions. You will have a strong track record of delivering business projects using Waterfall methodologies. Whilst you'll work closely with IT teams, this is a business-focused project management role rather than a purely technical or software delivery position. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing senior stakeholders, leading Steering Committee meetings, and driving projects from initiation through to completion within a structured project environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the delivery of complex projects from planning through to implementation.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across business and technology teams.
  • Provide regular project updates.
  • Lead project governance activities, including Steering Committee meetings.
  • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
  • Track project performance and report on progress against key milestones.

About You

  • Strong project management background with experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders across medium to large scale projects.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior business leaders and IT stakeholders.
  • Experience working within structured Waterfall project environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, but with Waterfall delivery forming the core of your experience.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience delivering business transformation or large-scale systems implementation projects.
  • Exposure to supply chain, operations, logistics, or Target Operating Model projects would be desirable.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Project Manager looking to take ownership of high-profile projects and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful business change.
