This is a hands-on role focused on operational adoption — working directly with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Project teams to standardise ways of working, improve governance, and drive engagement with established PLM processes.
Key areas of focus:
- Embedding PLM / engineering change processes into day-to-day project activity
- Driving cross-functional adoption and process consistency
- Delivering training and user guidance to technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Supporting MBOM transformation readiness and BOM structure assessment
- Producing clear documentation, procedures, and implementation recommendations
- Working within an ISO 9001-regulated manufacturing environment
We’d like to hear from people with:
- Experience implementing or embedding PLM / change management processes in manufacturing
- Familiarity with PTC Windchill (preferred) workflows and BOM structures
- Strong stakeholder engagement and training capability
- Experience working on live engineering projects with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of engineering change control and regulated environments
Desirable:
- Aerospace, defence, space, or other advanced engineering sectors
- MBOM / EBOM knowledge and manufacturing data structures
