This role is responsible for protecting critical services from disruption by designing and embedding robust disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience solutions across complex IT environments. You will work across infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure systems remain available under all conditions.
Role Description:
- Develop and implement resilience strategies, focusing on business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational risk management.
- Assess vulnerabilities and risks across IT infrastructure and business processes.
- Design and implement failover and recovery solutions, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to integrate resilience into security frameworks.
- Conduct regular resilience testing, including simulations and scenario planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to teams on resilience best practices.
- Monitor emerging resilience trends and implement innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in resilience architecture, disaster recovery, or business continuity.
- Expertise in cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of resilience frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, ITIL).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Certifications such as CBCP, CISSP, or TOGAF (preferred).
