We're looking for an experienced Cisco Unified Communications Team Lead to join a secure technical environment in Stevenage.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone with strong experience across Cisco telephony, video conferencing and collaboration technologies, alongside the ability to lead and support a technical team.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and support a local Cisco UC / Collaboration team.
- Resolve complex Level 2 telephony and video conferencing incidents.
- Troubleshoot Cisco hardware, applications, endpoints and infrastructure.
- Support and maintain Cisco CMS, Expressway, B2B and MRA environments.
- Work across Cisco Room, SX, EQ, Webex and Board series endpoints.
- Support CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Cisco SBS and TRP.
- Respond to customer escalations and coordinate vendor/L3 escalations.
- Participate in UC and video conferencing projects, upgrades and implementations.
- Ensure the overall health, security and resilience of the UC infrastructure.
- Mentor the team and drive knowledge sharing and technical development.
