About the Team: The Projects Team is part of the Real Estate and Projects Team, handling public procurement, commercial contracts, IP/IT, joint ventures, and public-private partnership projects.
Role Overview: Client is seeking a solicitor with 2-6 years PQE to join their procurement and commercial contracts team. The role involves working on commercial contracts (e.g., goods/services contracts, IT agreements, PFI/PPP contracts) and public procurement advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft clear advice and maintain client relationships.
- Manage files, projects, and deadlines independently.
- Participate in marketing and business development.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and legal standards.
- Provide monthly invoices and progress reports to clients.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years PQE in commercial contracts (public procurement experience is a plus).
- Strong drafting, communication, and client care skills.
