You'll play a key role in the Partner Platform, enabling global content creators to deliver games, media, and immersive experiences to millions of users worldwide. Responsibilities:
- Enhancing and optimising an existing ServiceNow-based licensing workflow
- Designing and building scalable platform improvements
- Delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Working closely with technical teams to drive end-to-end delivery
- Building integrations and improving system performance
Required skillset:
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience (3+ years)
- Proven experience building and enhancing workflows on the platform
- Solid Service Portal development experience
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments
- A mindset focused on building, problem-solving, and getting things done
- Strong technical skills across: JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP APIs, integrations
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience working in SAFe / Scrum frameworks
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of SaaS / Cloud technologies
