The role covers NPI, DFM, DFA and continuous improvement to ensure smooth production transitions from design to manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership in low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing, experience with PCB-based assemblies, and a track record in Lean/Six Sigma.
