My client is looking for a resourcing professional with demonstrable experience in operational resourcing of people and skills onto project assignments within a technology-focussed organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with key stakeholders to capture project demand and identify possible candidates with availability from across the business to deliver.
- Collaborating with fellow Resource Managers and Line Managers in order to balance personal/professional development needs with innovation and project demands.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Practical experience of resource management in Professional Services, or similar technical matrix organisations (ideal).
- Tactical Resourcing - allocating people onto projects.
- Conflict resolution and problem solving.
- High level of prioritisation/organisational skills and excellent time management.
Knowledge and Skills we like:
- Relationship Skills, including communicating, influencing and senior stakeholder management.
- Developing and sustaining long term relationships with key stakeholders in the business units, and all areas of business and corporate services.
- High degree of resilience and a self-starter.
- Proactive with a positive, flexible approach, enjoys problem solving.
- Able to work within tight deadlines and a fast changing environment.
- Strong ability to liaise, influence, challenge effectively and build relationships at all levels.
- Effective team player with an ability to develop personal networks through strong interpersonal skills.

- Good judgement, balancing the needs of the individual, customer and the business.
Technical competencies that will come in handy:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel.
- Previous use of dashboard tools such as Power BI is desirable.
- Experience of MS Teams/Microsoft 365 applications.
