Key Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on BMS (Building Management Systems) and associated control systems in commercial and industrial environments.
- Ensure the smooth operation of HVAC, lighting, access control, and other building management systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
- Carry out system upgrades and installations as required.
- Provide client-facing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any technical queries.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate service records and report any issues to the management team.
- Proven experience in BMS service, maintenance, or installation.
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or similar platforms.
- A solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Experience working in commercial or industrial environments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving license.
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or BMS systems (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent).
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
