We’re looking for a Junior UAT & Infrastructure Test Analyst to support testing across business applications and core infrastructure platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their testing career who wants broad exposure, real responsibility, and a fast learning curve - not just clicking buttons and logging tickets. You’ll work closely with senior testers, engineers, and business stakeholders, supporting UAT delivery while gaining strong exposure to infrastructure and technical testing.
Key Responsibilities
- UAT & Business Testing
- Support delivery of UAT cycles across multiple projects
- Execute test cases and scripts based on defined requirements
- Work with business users to coordinate and support UAT activities
- Log, track, and retest defects through to resolution
- Help produce UAT documentation and reporting
- Infrastructure & Technical Testing
- Support testing of infrastructure changes such as:
- Cloud migrations
- Network and platform upgrades
- OS updates and patches
- Assist with:
- Regression testing
- DR and failover test activities
- Validate system stability before production release
- Test Delivery & Quality
- Maintain test cases, test data, and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes
- Support automation and tooling initiatives where relevant
Required Experience
- 1-3 years experience in software testing or UAT
- Basic understanding of:
- IT infrastructure
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP - exposure is fine)
- Networks, servers, or application platforms
- Experience using defect and test management tools (e.g. Jira, Xray, Zephyr, TestRail)
- Strong attention to detail and a structured mindset
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
- Exposure to infrastructure or technical testing
- Basic automation knowledge
- SQL or API testing exposure
