The Camberley office is a key part of a highly profitable southern division, delivering major projects to an established client base. With over 40 FTEs, this senior leadership role offers full autonomy to lead, grow and shape the business unit, working closely with operations, sales and board-level stakeholders. You will take full responsibility for operational performance, financial results, team development and customer satisfaction across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and motivate a multi-disciplinary team
