For Companies We are seeking an experienced Underwriting Operations Lead to optimise underwriting operations across London Market platforms in a key permanent leadership role. Working closely with underwriters and underwriting management, you will drive high-quality operational delivery, strong governance, and continuous process improvement, while leading underwriting support teams and ensuring efficient, compliant end-to-end workflows.
Key Responsibilities
