I am looking for an experienced Release Manager to join a major HMRC/Minerva programme, supporting the delivery of critical Self-Assessment (SA) risk and compliance capabilities. This is a great opportunity for a Release Manager who combines strong release/configuration management experience with hands-on SAS and Oracle knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end release process across Development, Test & Production
  • Coordinate Development, Testing & Operations teams to deliver releases on time
  • Manage configuration standards, manifests and structured release artefacts
  • Package and deploy SAS DI code (SPKs) and Oracle artefacts
  • Support SAS 9.4 – SAS Viya 4 migration using CI/CD practices
  • Lead release readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions and post-release retrospectives
  • Ensure full release traceability, governance and auditability
