We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who thrives on variety, partnership, and finding exceptional talent across multiple business areas. You will join a thriving and growing business with offices across England. You will be based in the firm's Reading office working on a hybrid basis and you will support hiring across a diverse portfolio including corporate functions, tax, audit, and accounting.
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver a first-class candidate experience. Travel to the firm's offices across England will be required.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions, tax, audit, and accounting.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategies.
- Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract high-calibre candidates in competitive markets.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate journey.
- Manage the firm's recruitment partner program.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting to support workforce planning.
