CBS Butler are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with deep RF and communications expertise to lead the design and delivery of advanced defence systems. This role focuses on RF sensing, communications, and electronic warfare solutions, with responsibility for technical leadership across complex, multidisciplinary programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as System Design Authority for RF-based systems across the full lifecycle
- Lead system architecture, requirements definition, and design trade-offs
- Provide technical leadership across RF, DSP, hardware, and software teams
- Drive development of RF communications, sensor, and electronic warfare capabilities
- Oversee integration, verification, and validation of complex RF systems
