We have a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Relations Partner for a well known, multinational leading technology company working on a hybrid working basis for a 3 month term. For the right person, this role has the potential for permanent employment. You will play a key part in delivering high quality employee relations support and ensuring consistency across complex change programmes. You will collaborate closely with regional HR teams, legal partners, and centres of excellence to provide both proactive and reactive ER support. The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on case management.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Partner with HR Business Partners, People/HR teams, and Legal to deliver change management initiatives (e.g., restructures, redundancies, TUPE, settlements, and exits)
- Support business leaders with restructuring, redeployment, and redundancy processes
- Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations cases and provide expert guidance
- Manage and resolve sensitive ER issues, including conducting thorough investigations and making objective recommendations
- Provide coaching to managers
- Maintain accurate case documentation
- Identify trends through ER data and recommend improvements to processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
