The successful candidate will be part of the Operations department structure and is pivotal in solving manufacturing issues, improving processes and methods with manufacturing teams, driving change and continuous improvement to improve shop floor safety, quality, productivity, and new product introduction.

Core Responsibilities:
  • To provide & develop suitable methods, processes, and instructions for the manufacture of products to meet requirements of safety, quality & productivity.
  • Designing and implementing machine/tooling modifications to optimise output.
  • Deliver capital projects from concept to introduction.
  • Addressing any bottlenecks or issues with production.
  • To design basic jigs & fixtures, test equipment & tooling as necessary.
  • Providing technical support.
