Tax Administrator

A growing top 35 accountancy practice is looking for a Corporate Tax Administrator to join its Farnham team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience within a supportive and professional services environment. What you can expect: You will provide administrative support to the Corporate Tax team, ensuring client tax matters are managed accurately and within deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing Corporation Tax payment reminders and drafting client letters and emails. Processing Corporation Tax submissions and supporting tax repayments. Liaising with HMRC and following up on outstanding queries. Monitoring Corporation Tax deadlines and chasing outstanding information. Maintaining accurate client records and correspondence. Assisting with late filing penalty appeals where appropriate. Coordinating professional clearance requests. Providing general administrative support to the Corporate Tax team.

About You

Ideally you will have had: Previous administrative experience, preferably within a professional services firm. Previous Corporation Tax or tax administration experience would be advantageous. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. The ability to handle confidential information professionally. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
