We are representing a forward thinking engineering and technology company looking for an experienced People Partner to join their team in Romsey for a 3 month contract, with a strong focus on employee relations. This is a hybrid working role.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage a varied ER caseload and support managers with everything from disciplinary and grievance cases to performance and absence. Advising and coaching managers.
