What You'll Be Doing:
- Improving manufacturing, assembly & test processes to boost efficiency, quality & cost savings
- Leading root cause analysis (8D, RCA, DMAIC) to solve complex production issues
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement across teams
- Implementing Lean tools (PFMEA, 5S, Asset Care)
- Supporting production troubleshooting across electro-mechanical products
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver real operational change
What We're Looking For:
- HNC/HND qualified + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing & CI methodologies
- Experience with electro-mechanical assembly & testing environments
- Experience in leading change & improvement projects
- Confident problem-solver with excellent stakeholder communication
Clearance: BPSS required | SC preferred (can be processed)
